Types Of Triangles There are basically six different types of triangles with respect to the length and measure of the lines and angles of a triangle, respectively. To recall, a triangle is a specific type of polygon having only three sides and three angles. Based on these specifications and design, the properties of triangles are defined for all its different types. As the name suggests, a “triangle” is a three-sided polygon having three angles. The sum of all interior angles of a triangle will always add up to 180 degrees. This is called the angle sum property of triangle. Also, a triangle has many properties. Let us discuss in detail about the triangle types. Six Types of Triangles Triangles can be broadly classified into two types, which are: Triangles based on the lengths of their sidesTriangles based on their interior angles These two triangle types are explained here along with their further classifications. GEOMETRY JOKES

Geometry jokes [caption id="attachment_4443" align="aligncenter" width="600"] I saw my math teacher with a piece of graph paper yesterday.  I think he must be plotting something. What did the triangle say to the circle?  “You’re pointless  How does a mathematician plow fields?  With a pro-tractor. What’s a math teacher’s favorite kind of tree?   Geometry. Parallel lines have so much in common …  It’s a shame they’ll never meet. What do you call more than one L?   A parallel! Why wasn’t the geometry teacher at school?   Because she sprained her angle. I had an argument with a 90° angle.  It turns out it was right. Did you hear about the over-educated circle?  It has 360°! What shape is usually waiting for you inside a Starbucks?  A line. Why doesn’t anybody talk to circles?  Because there’s no point. Why was the obtuse triangle always upset?  Because it’s never right.
